    This comment is from a mentally ill seller by the name of Carol L Cassey (59) years old (on medication) the boyfriend/co owner left her because of her mental illness, I was appointed by the Palm Beach Court to sell the home at 11842 Preservation Lane in Boca Raton,FL I gave up 10k of my commission to make the sale possible. Carol L Casey also stole a mirror from the house and her attorney told her to bring it back to avoid legal consequences, she then illegally entered the community and home without the new owners permission to put the mirror back. This is a mentally ill individual and I have all the text records to show the harrasment from this woman. I hate to be so detailed but in my defense she left me no choice. I would like to file a lawsuit but she can not be found and left no forwarding address, may be homeless or in an institution by now.
